We accept Visa, Master card, Paypal at no extra cost to you or you can Direct Debit to our Crystal and Pearl Co Bank Account.  Orders are dispatched upon payment being received in full.

Shipping & Handling

We stand by the quality of our Jewellery & Crystals. All our items will all be securely packed with protective Bubble Wrap and forwarded within an Australia Post Padded Bag - We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Crystal and Pearl Co loving your Jewellery and Crystals as much as we do - so to make sure you do love your purchases, all items are professionally photographed. The colours on your computer monitor may differ slightly from actual product colour, which depends on your monitor settings. We strive to ensure that the photo images are to be as close to the actual product as possible. 

We use Australia Post for all our Deliveries.  Items over $150 will be shipped Free of charge within Australia and will take the normal Australia Post timeframe of 3-5 working days for Delivery. We will gladly arrange Express Post with Next Working Day Delivery at your cost of $13AUD and up to $150 will be the standard cost of $10 with Australia Post Delivery times of 3-5 days within Australia.  All our postage will have an Australia Post Tracking system and the Tracking Number will be Emailed or texted to You on day of postage to enable you to Track your items on the Australia Post Tracking System.

Stock can also be collected at our Crystal & Pearl Co shop Saturday or Sunday at Carrara Market once Sale is Complete and Paid for Online.

International Shipping

International Shipping will be arrange through Australia Post and calculated at their International rates. Costs will be advised by Email.

Returns & Exchanges 

Crystal & Pearl Co takes great pride in providing quality and long lasting craftsmanship. We carefully handle all our One-Off Handmade Crystal & Pearl Jewellery Designs selecting each and every pieces for our clients.

If for any reason you encounter a Manufacturing fault at any stage after purchasing the item, please contact us to arrange a repair, replacement. we DO NOT offer refund. Damaged Goods (I am sure there will be none) shortages and discrepancies must be reported within 48 hrs of receipt of order. Mishandling by a third party is the responsibility of the Customer.

Should you receive an item that you feel does not accurately match the photograph on our website, please contact us within 48 hrs of receiving the item to arrange replacement or credit.

Care & Maintenance 

All our Jewellery is made with the utmost care and love only using AA Grade Quality items. The ultimate way to look after your beautiful unique jewellery is to treat them with love and care for them gently and if possible hang them on jewellery figurines against bending them in a drawer. This prevents the jewellery wire from bending. With your  Cultured Pearl never spray perfume or oil once around the neck. It will dull the beautiful Nacra of the Pearl. Once worn wipe gently with a soft cloth to remove your own body oil. A little care with your Jewellery and you will enjoy wearing them in their original state for many years.
